My experience
This is a review for Calm & Gentle Dental Care - Rustington
1. I was made to feel that your practice was an elite club that I didn’t belong to (when I simply asked about a charge).
2. I was told I had ‘disregarded’ a recommendation when I didn’t realise it was needed in my particular circumstance. In fact it might not be appropriate, very subjective. It wasn’t even fully explained so I had a thorough understanding.
3. I was shown an image of one of my teeth with the filling from 2 yrs ago (done by your practice) that appeared to have decay just under where it was filled!
4. I’m considering getting a second opinion and changing surgeries.

Former anxious dental patient. Completely reformed thanks to all the team at Calm and Gentle Dental. Right from the moment you enter the door, you are immediately put at ease. A warm friendly, non-judgemental environment, for the first time I am in a good consistent routine with the dentist and the hygienist. If you have any kind of dental anxiety I cannot recommend C&G enough. Thankyou!

This practice lives up to its name

I had a broken tooth so I need a crown. I'm a nervous dental patient but this practice lives up to its name. Liam talked me through each step regularly checking I was okay. The crown was made there so after 2 hours I left the practice with everything complete. I would definitely recommend this dental surgery

I was devastated after breaking my front tooth and was so nervous about getting an implant. After visiting 3 clinics, I knew immediately that this was the right one for me, as all the staff were genuinely nice and Dr Claassen was so calm and confident. Everything was explained clearly to me and all options proposed. The whole process was easy and pain free and a few months later I am now smiling confidently again. I am so grateful and would warmly recommend them.
