While my dentist dealt with my issues efficiently, I was kept waiting with no acknowledgement of the delay. In addition I am required to complete several questionnaires before the appointment, but was still asked several questions that I'd answered and the dentist had clearly not looked at my responses. So I can't see the point in completing them.

Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback on your most recent experience with us. It is important that we understand when things do not quiet go to plan, its how we learn. I am sorry that you're experience was not up to our usual standard regarding your waiting times. This has been feedback to the team.
Regarding the forms that are completed prior to the appointment, please be assured, these are reviewed however, its not uncommon for the clinician to go over them again if something is unclear and they need a better understanding.

It felt a little rushed towards the end bearing in mind it was a longer appointment. It involved spending a lot of money having been initially told this was not necessary. I felt when I questioned it, things were rushed.
