Estie is so lovely. It is the first time I have been to a hygienist who hasn’t hurt me. Then I saw Pieter who gave my teeth a very thorough check. I never thought I would say I enjoy going to the dentist but everything at this dentist is just as it says ‘calm and gentle’. Gemma, receptionist, was also extremely helpful. Thank you all.

I saw Pieter on Friday 14th November for my 6 Month Check up on my Implant Tooth. We had a chat about how things have been & were going, & he was happy with how the tooth has healed. I mentioned that I was still getting & feeling pain & sensitivity in the tooth, unless it was a different tooth altogether. So he did some tests,-(chewing & grinding on paper, & tapping on the tooth itself & surrounding teeth too as well). Pieter filed down the tooth a little bit. Then he also took an X ray to check the tooth too as well. He told me that it's a different tooth which is causingme the pain & discomfort not the ImplantTooth. He put some gel on it to help, & told me to leave it for half an hour before cleaning it off. Pieter also told me that if I still keep getting this happening, then to go back & see them again, & then they would do it again. (The gel). This did help with the sensitivity. Pieter also told me I need to clean my teeth & that I need to get into the gums better. Pieter was very calm & gentle & friendly with me, & he explained & told me everything that he was going to do before doing anything. Also his assistant was nice & friendly too as well.

They are Calm and Gentle for a good reason. I’m petrified of Dentists but they always talk to me and calm me down before any work is carried out, this helps me a lot. So for anyone who is scared of the Dentist this is a good place to go.

Today I had an hygienist appointment with Christina. Because of the great service I get, I never miss an appointment. I always knowI am going to be well looked after and always informed that I can stop the procedure at any time, so I feel that I remain in control. I still use relaxation techniques during treatment but go now without the dread that I once experienced.
