I am sorry you were given the wrong information when you called last week. Pieter is extremely busy and there would never be a guarantee that he would have availability without booking. Whilst we are sorry you have to return later in the week, its good to hear we have found an appointment for you quickly.
The waiting room has had great feedback - overall, patients seems to really like the new modern décor. It is a working progress and not yet completely finished. We hope your opinion will change over the coming months.
We are disappointed to hear that you feel the service is not what it used to be - we understand that when something goes wrong, we may feel that. We hope you give us the opportunity to put things right and all being well, your next feedback will be more positive.
