Gentle as expected

The overall treatment was ok, gentle as expected. Chemo treatment and sensitivity making cleaning of the teeth more of a challenge, I feel the inside of the bottom row could have been cleaned a bit better.

My experience
This is a review for Calm & Gentle Dental Care - Rustington
I’m giving two stars because the blonde lady in pink was very welcoming and friendly otherwise it would be a one star. Fariba didn’t even welcome me or say anything, straight away brought up an X-ray not even knowing if they were mine yet or not. I found that she came across as rude and dismissed my concerns about a hole in my gum until I had to physically point it out to her. I get nervous for the dentist as it is and she didn’t help that. I was parked outside and she was parked behind me so I couldn’t get out, I apologised and thanked her for moving so I could get out but instead all I got back was her complaining that the way I’ve parked hadn’t left space for another car, which I was not to know and couldn’t park another way because it was the other car that was actually parked too far up. But continued and thanked her again just to then be ignored by her. I understand we all have our off days but it had taken me 2 years to pluck up the courage again to come back and to be greeted like this makes me not want to come back at all and go elsewhere.
