Calm & Gentle Dental

I have just returned from my six monthly check up with Ann Lally. Once again she was outstanding and understanding of my sensitive teeth. I had no discomfort and felt at ease with her and her assistant.

I found Ann Lally very helpful and understanding and very professional in explaining about the health of my teeth

I can’t say enough good things about Josh Moinheiro. I’ve always had a fear of dental work, but he goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable every step of the way. He explains what he’s doing, checks in often, and has such a calm, caring approach. I actually don’t dread appointments anymore — highly recommend!

Liam was extremely kind and considerate as I am a very nervous patient.

The staff are always polite and kind. Very patient and try to make you feel comfortable and safe. Always lovely.

The dentist was gentle and despite marked sensitivity was able to adapt his treatment to limit discomfort. I valued his advice regarding ongoing care and other options for addressing the issue.

I have been going to this practice for years. They have always provided excellent service from the the receptionists, the dentist and hygienist. I would never have any hesitation in recommending them as they always go above and beyond with their treatment.

I have a phobia of the dentist, but told them I was nervous at the start of my appointment and they were great. Had a talk with me first before lying the chair back, and told me what they were going to do before they did it.

I required an emergency appointment and Calm & Gentle were very helpful and fitted me in asap. I have always found the service and treatment to be excellent, professional, and reassuring.

After many years of neglecting my teeth, I became extremely anxious in going to a dentist. After conducting many hours of research I managed to strike up the courage to call Calm & Gentle!! From the moment of discussing my situation with Gemma I was put at ease and was made an appointment to see Peter Claassen. Attending clinic today I was very anxious, feeling ashamed and embarrassed, however, at no point did I feel judged. From the moment I was introduced to Peter, he listened to me intently, understood my situation and gently encouraged me to move forward with his assessment. Throughout the process Peter and his assistant talked me through their findings and kept checking on how I was feeling. At the end I was taken through the plan and any questions were answered clearly and concisely. The whole experience with Calm & Gentle was literally Calm & Gentle thus matching their brand and values. I have booked to go back for remedial works with no anxious thoughts or feelings. These guys really are superb, would have no hesitation in recommending their services especially to those who like me find the situation challenging.
