Appointment

Practitioner I saw was thorough and fairly pleasant. I don’t like the new system though. I couldn’t do the usual e-consult to get my HRT and ended up having to come into the surgery to do a paper request. Not good for me as having to leave work early to be able to do this and the BP machine there never gives me a correct reading. Can you please make it easier for us to get our medication via this new system so we are not having to leave work early to come in to do this, hence losing money?

A needle was put in my arm. I don't remember it being supported on a trolley,i t was painful and I had a large bruise on my arm. In the past it's been pain free and hardly any bruising, it all seemed to be done in a hurry
