Appointment was a waste of time. Did not feel listened to. Did not feel had time to discuss/address all my concerns. GP seemed to want to hurry me to leave. Turned away from me and was looking at appointment screen on SystmOne! Felt very ignored so left room.

Routine blood test

This is a review for Crookhorn Surgery

It was easy to book in for my appointment. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. I did not have to wait very long to be called through to the surgery and was greeted warmly by a cheerful, polite health care professional who reassured me and put me at ease. She was very professional and efficient.
