I didn't have to wait too long after my appointment time.

All went extremely well.

Waited for 30 mins in telephone queue. A bit frustrating but when I did get through my query was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Many Thanks.

Got all the answers I needed from Lisa in a phone call. No messing, she called when I expected and put my mind at ease. It was lovely talking to her.

The last GP I saw, I felt she had a lot of time for me, she listened to how I was feeling and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. With this in mind I think there are a few more GPs who could follow in this lady's footsteps, a lot of the time it’s hard enough to get an appointment for anything let alone actually see a GP, so having seen someone who didn’t rush me or make me feel as though they weren’t actually listening it was pretty refreshing. I won’t lie, I will say since Covid the surgery has gone down big time in my opinion and many others too. The whole telephone system is ridiculous and the general line doesn’t open until 2, so do people not have general enquiries before then? I don’t think I’ve seen a doctor I actually know since before Covid yet I’m always told my notes are read beforehand, hhhmm… not sure I believe that it would take weeks to read my notes so how can they actually know me? I’m just stating all the questions many others are also asking. My last appointment was one that has been very rare of late, in fact I’ve felt like I haven’t always had the support I’ve wanted and that my thoughts and feelings are not necessarily always listened to but a prescription given, I don’t always want more meds; I just want to feel supported and understood.

The blood test appointment was on time and the nurse was lovely. However as a registered disabled person and blue badge holder I rely on being able to park close to the entrance, preferably in a disabled space. However on this occasion, the delivery lorry for the supermarket opposite was parked across the surgery disabled parking bays which meant they couldn’t be used.

Excellent regular B12injection. Can be painful but not with the nurse who I have had 3 times before.

All the HCA's are brilliant. Non judgemental, friendly and most open to suggestion in how best to help me. Always leave feeling I've been listened to and my needs met. The GPs are great ( when you get to see one). The receptionist staff are really helpful also. I'm happy with the service I receive from this practice.

Very informative and helpful, I was put at ease and all my concerns were addressed.

So I started 38 in the queue but, the time soon passed by. Got through to one of the ladies who was helping out on calls. She was so very knowledgeable! Words aren't enough to describe how wonderful she was. Answered and actioned all my queries, I am exceptionally pleased. We even had a bit of a chuckle on the phone.
