My face to face appointment was cancelled and changed to a phone appointment which is fine but the pharmacist had no idea what I was getting the call for, all was sorted in the end getting medication but the other issues I had have not yet

Was requested by text from pdgp to go on the given link to book a blood pressure check up after my previous visit. It read high. Went on link, nothing to book, no dates available for me until at least after the 19th of September as I am away on holiday until then as of the 4th sept

I am sorry to hear that we could not fit you in before the 4th of September. We do get cancellations though, so you are more than welcome to keep trying. We also have a blood pressure machines in all of our waiting rooms that you are able to use.

Timing mix up

I was sent two reminders about my appointment which had differing times on. I arrived at the time I booked to be informed I was late. Receptionist was very blunt until I showed her the reminder texts on my phone. Begrudgingly let me keep my appointment.

Knee problem

Professional. Helpful. Listened to my problem. Explained what she thought was diagnosis. Explained various solutions to my problem. Prescribed appropriate medication. The only one who actually took the time over the last 4 months of intense knee/shoulder pain to actually do something to alleviate my pain.
