The lack of available appointments and the extreme difficulty in obtaining an appointment warrant urgent review and significant improvement. It is also regrettable that the practice & QA Hospital do not share patient data, including blood test results.

Thank you for your feedback. We do regularly review our access data and also our care navigation pathways to ensure patients are directed to the right clinician each time. With contractual changes from 1st October we are reviewing our model of care and how we can improve equity of access. Whilst we can access the QA pathology system, only results taken at our practice are sent to us, but we can sometimes access other results. However the hospital would be following those results up with you.

I'm not satisfied from what he does Kingston Crescent Surgery. You keep sending me text messages asking me to get vaccinated against something, since you seem to care so much about the patient's health so why when I'm sick I can't come to the NHS clinic (you tell me to call you at 8 a.m. -complete nonsense!!!! ) and I have to go to a private clinic to have a doctor examine me. Change it because Covid is long gone, I want normality, come to the Surgery and you can register with a doctor !!!!!!!!!

My apologies, I am not sure who you are referring to when you say "he", so I cannot comment on that.
If you would like to opt out of receiving campaign texts, then you can do so by emailing [email protected]. You will need to specify campaign texts only, so that you still receive appointment reminders.
We still see patients face to face, but for urgent on the day GP appointments it will generally be a phone call first and then a face to face appointment if necessary.
