We ensure that patients are advised these when they attend for their appointments. Please understand that due to the volume of return results that are received and reviewed on a daily basis, that it would be impossible to contact patients with results that do not require any follow-up.

The nurse I saw was very helpful and professional, although my arm did bleed later. It doesn’t if you have your blood tests done by phlebotomy at QA . .

I do feel that when I need to book an apt I find it difficult . I rang at 10.01 the other day and a message stated that nobody was there to take the call I tried again straight after and still the same message . you have to ring bang on 10.00am to enable you to be a reasonable number in queue . I sometimes feel that I struggle to book an appointment. I am due to book an appointment with a pharmacist after my health review . It would have been better when the text was sent to me that I could of done it straight away without having to ring surgery and again having a long wait . ie send a link with times for me to be able to book straight away .
It almost makes me want to give up and not bother booking .
