Your call handlers are excellent, especially since they have to deal with 'more than 30 in the queue'. My experience of the reception staff is very positive, as they will always do their best to help and have to put up with people being less than patient and often quite demanding. I had BP and a blood test, fast and competent, as well the member of staff was kind and jolly. My only complaint is that the amount of NHS No Reply texts on my dumb phone, so I can't click on the link. Also stop telling me I'm fat as I'm getting a bit of a complex now!

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

Part of Portsdown group practice GP surgeries. Now this company has lots of mixed reviews. I've had mixed experiences but the majority have been positive. When you eventually get an appointment (yes it's difficult) the doctors are brilliant. Very helpful and kind. I've been referred to QA and started on specialist treatment within weeks. I'm really happy, yes you need to push, yes I seem to be diagnosed by an 18 yr old admin straight out of school with no medical training, but be polite and you will get your needs met. Medicine does not yet fully understand the human body, let alone the mind. Be aware of limitations.
