An excellent primary care service

This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

While on sick leave over a long period, my experience was excellent. The team of professionals ( GP, Dietitian, Diabetic Nurses, Wound Nurses and Pharmacist) provided collectively an excellent primary care service second to none. I now understand hope the primary care links up with secondary care. Thank you for all you have done.

A same day appointment.

Saw Hannah again this morning as a same day appointment.
She was really helpful and understood why I felt the need to see someone face to face.
She confirmed that I was on a waiting list for minor surgery, that I had not been informed about.
She was very professional and friendly.

It was ok - way too far to come from Southsea and the staff, although helpful, didn’t seem to be happy. They obviously assumed I’d been there before, which I have never been. The doctor was fantastic, however.

I had an appointment with the very lovely Claire following a total hysterectomy & I was discharged from hospital without any specific instruction about whether to recommence HRT & a couple of other things. Claire was so incredibly helpful & put my mind at ease over all of my questions. I felt completely understood & satisfied after my appointment. Thank you so much Claire.
