Blood test

This is a review for Crookhorn Surgery

I must admit, I have been in tears in the past trying to get an appointment however on this occasion, I contacted the surgery to have a specific blood test done which was needed for a private doctor consultation. I was positively overwhelmed by the surgery and doctor's response as they were able to arrange for me to have the blood test done very quickly. Thank you!

The NHS is poorly run costing us patients time and money through double booking for treatment, and poor management, you let us down all the time at our, the public's expense. I suffer mental health and you couldn't be bothered to follow up to call me as you were supposed to do. Absolute disgrace and shameful to be called a professional

We are sorry that you were somehow double booked for a blood appointment - we'd be happy to investigate this for you if you can give us information - please email [email protected]. We usually give a reason for the blood test when we ask you to book so would like to check this happened. We can also investigate any appointments that should have been made in follow up at the same time.
