Very good service from the Reception to Nurse at the time I came to visit. Only the door does not open properly, needs looking at. Overall service excellent! Well done to staff on duty at the time.

We do appreciate the patience and understanding of our patients when this happens. We are sorry to hear that you bled more than you expected to - again whilst rare it does happen and we hope our staff helped you before leaving your appointment.

We were seen on time, and the nurse that saw my brother was very understanding as my brother is nearly profoundly deaf, she spoke to him very clearly and slowly which helped him to take it in what she was saying.
