Tried to get an appointment for elderly mother via phone. First day I was cut off when I was third in queue. Once I eventually got through there wasn’t anything available so I would have to try again the following morning. Which I did.
The doctor phoned after I sent photos via link.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear you were disconnected at third in the queue. If you can contact the practice with the date/time and number that you used we will be able to look into this. We are an appointment led service and only have a finite number of appointments, however we are pleased to hear that by following process the next day you were able to get your mother assessed.
