Jackie is invaluable as a Social Prescriber. She understands, empathises and supports in a way that, in the main, Doctors do not and cannot (if you can ever get an appointment). I hope that the Surgery appreciate and understand what an asset she is and that it is lucky to have her

This practice is absolutely brilliant, they have done a lot for me and my wife when other doctors I’ve been with have not done very much. Kingston Crescent Surgery are very polite helpful and caring, they listen to an individual.

Somerstown Surgery

This is a review for Somerstown Surgery

I had a call to tell me that my recent blood test had been “spoiled” and I needed to make another appointment.
The next day my blood test results came up and I was asked to make an appointment for a meds review. I could see that the original blood test results were there so why was I recalled? What a waste of time! For me and the staff. I cancelled the second blood test online and booked my meds review.

I have had a look and actually our "facts" are correct - you do need one of the things you were tested for re-tested. If you contact the surgery we can give you more information.
