Kingston Crescent Surgery

The Doctor listened to my explanation of my symptoms and didn't try to rush me. He fully took on board what I was saying and my concerns. He addressed all my concerns and gave his opinion of them. He offered an Xray referral, to back up his opinion. He was very pleasant to speak to.

Unable to make contact, first phone line for enquiries not operating 8am -10am, voice message said to contact between 2pm- 4pm, called twice only to be told by automation no agents available. Whilst caring for my elderly father and trying to make contact with frailty it is extremely difficult to near on impossible. Have given up with the service. Father now in hospital.

Thank you for leaving feedback. Unfortunately there was a day when our phone lines were down, this was completely out of our hands, and up to our provider. We did put messages out across our social media pages, and we opened up our e-consult service to try and make our service accessible whilst we were having problems.

Pleasant doctor

Notified of my requirement to get an injection by email. Made appointment by phone without too much waiting. 5 minutes wait at the reception desk because I couldn't sign in on the digital board. 5 minutes in the waiting room. Pleasant doctor did the injections.
