Receptionist held up by patient wanting to talk about non medical matters handled them well. Dr and Nurse were very professional, polite and put me at ease for minor surgery.

I think the trainee nurse said that vein burst in the right arm, I can only asume the needle went through the other side of the vein. So the trained nurse took the bloods from the left arm.
Trainee also fumbled with the ECG, but I guess people have to train.
