This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

Corticosteroid Injection. Excellent - everything I needed to know was explained clearly, it was all very straightforward. The only reason I marked down “involvement in my treatment” is that there were other things raised in my eConsult that require a discussion. However, the outcome of this appointment was excellent as it addressed the immediate need and I was helped in understanding what to do with regards to the other.

Treated kindly

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

Friendly staff and clean tidy facilities. Not enough seating for patients. 1200 appointment was delayed marginally but once seen the patient who had mild dementia was treated kindly. There was a little confusion as to the type of blood test required but with explanation from the supporter, the matter was resolved although within days a further blood test was requested which was not practicable

I arrived 20 minutes early and was seen 15 minutes after my appointment time, the nurse was very good and took my blood with little pain and answered the few questions I asked .

Our routine appointments are released for 1 week ahead, so you need to phone at 10am, when a full days worth of appointments are released. There is also the option of doing an E-consult.
