Friendly, professional

I've always found that the clinicians you meet are friendly and professional. My last interaction was with the pharmacist who gave me advice on a possible side effect of a drug I'm on which was very useful.

Receptionist failed to book me in for an appointment causing me to overrun my parking by 40 minutes resulting im me receiving a £70.00 parking ticket-not impressed. Will be looking into reclaiming the parking fine from the surgery.

Please be aware that you do get 90 minutes parking, there are plenty of signs around the car park stating this. You are welcome to appeal if you were within the surgery for over 90 minutes, but we often find that these people will also go off to other places whilst still being parked in our car park, as we can see what time you were checked in, and when you left. If you would like to appeal, please email us at [email protected].

Respiratory review

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

Very happy with a recent respiratory review. The nurse addressed concerns raised by one of the Doctors and answered my questions appropriately. She discussed medications with me and explained why there was a need for change. She also suggested further action, if certain symptoms persisted.
