Pleased to have a face to face appointment

This is a review for Paulsgrove Surgery

It was much better to have a face to face appointment because on a FaceTime call the doctor wouldn’t have been able to see my skin problem on my face properly and talking face to face was better, doctor was very helpful and prescribed cream for my face. And also checked my ears being blocked and advised on treatment.

Appointment

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

I was sent a link to book a review with a nurse to discuss my recent blood tests.
I turn up for the appointment only to find out that the nurse was ready to take my bloods again!!
This was a waste of both party's time.
Nurse read my notes, but couldn't discuss the results.
Having trouble trying to get an appointment to see any doctor / nurse and any problems l may have.
I work all day.

Crookhorn Lane Surgery

The nurse was very efficient & drew blood samples from my right arm without incident &, more crucially, without leaving a bruise! We were bemused to receive a text from the surgery, whilst we were waiting for the nurse, asking us to book a blood test for a pharmacy review!!
