Unfortunately things out of our control happen, I cannot investigate as you have left this feedback anonymously, but I would assume because of staff sickness, in which case there isn't much that we can do about this. There is also a walk in blood taking service at St Mary's hospital for future reference.

Took good care of my mum

In a serious mental health crisis where I'm suicidal. Didn't feel listened to at all and I don't think the gp really understood how serious it is and was just told to go to therapy essentially and wait 6 weeks for the sertraline to kick in. Probably not going to make it 6 weeks but whatever .

My visit to the surgery was better than expected. The surgery was quiet, I went straight to reception and checked in. Within 10 minutes I was called by the nurse and then I left within 20 minutes. It was very easy.

Blood test

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

I rec'd two conflicting e:mails regarding a forthcoming blood test. One stating it was a fasting test the other not mentioning fasting. When queried it by telephone. the person informed me it was not. I asked if he could double check as I'd been given false information regarding this topic previously. I was then informed that it was in fact a fasting test. Consequently, I made an early morning appointment, fasted and caught a non free bus to your premises, where the nurse informed me it was not fasting test!
