Paulsgrove Surgery

I went to the Paulsgrove surgery for some advice on how to tackle my D.V.L.A. letter that was sent to me once again ( very similar to the original Letter) to my good self! I asked the Receptionist to explain to me the very next steps for me to take! After receiving the letter from the D.V.L.A. Department! The Receptionist told me to go to Cosham House Surgery and to contact the Receptionist Manager Vicky! Vicky made a note of my dilemma trying to sort out appointments to see the Medical Doctor of Portsdown Practice surgeries! Vicky promised me she would keep an eye on correspondences and make a note of me being there and enquiring about my Status!

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

I am a little disappointed because I telephoned the surgery on how to get replacement compression socks. I was told someone would call me back to arrange my appointment, as I would have to have my legs re-measured first, which they did, but nothing was mentioned of anything else. When I arrived up to my appointment the nurse told me as I sat down that she would not be able to do anything at this appointment, as I had not had a DOPLER test.
Surely the person who contacted me initially, should have been aware that I needed the DOPLER test before being measured, Not only was it a waste of my personal time, but more importantly surgery time which could have been used by something else. Now, I have to wait to be contacted for a DOPLER appointment and then a leg measurement appointment. This has further delayed me getting the compression socks. I really need these, as I have had my others 6 months and are not as efficient as they were.
