This is a review for Crookhorn Surgery
The appointment for shingles vaccination was fine. However I asked the nurse about another issue that I have and she recommended that I book a GP appointment if symptoms had not improved in a fortnight. They haven’t and so, upon the advice of your receptionist I have tried to book an appointment online on each of the last 5 working days, ignoring those on bank holidays, logging on at 7pm as advised. There have been zero appointments at any location over the coming 16 week period.

Thank you for your review. We do appreciate that over peak holiday periods, appointment availability can reduce. We often put notices out on our social media to alert patients.
However, whilst there has been reduced availability, there has not been 'zero' appointments in the next 16 weeks. GP appointments are only booked one week ahead, so you will only be able to see a week ahead. In the last 10 working days, 46 (attended) GP appointments were booked online.
