Ability to have routine tetanus jab on a "drop in" basis very welcome. Allowed me to combine this with my wife's blood test appointment and save two separate visits.

I was treated with understanding and respect. The doctor listened to what I had to say and gave me the appropriate treatment. He also gave me good advice about what I should do next.

Pharmacist phone call for meds review. Three of the meds prescribed by dermatologist at St Mary’s. She cancelled one of them, I can understand that she felt I didn’t need it on repeat however, Dr Cooper asked me to use the Efudix on 9/12 appointment again (I had some left) but I have now lost the application instructions which she quizzed me on but as they were not straightforward, I used to refer to the prescription on the app to get them as opposed to trying to remember and it’s now deleted!
Secondly, when I last saw the cardiologist for Paroxysmal AF. he said that at some point they would consider anticoagulants but that would be after a thorough consultation with GP and not to be rushed into it. The last GP who talked to me about it was Dr Stradling (very thorough and clear) The pharmacist told me she thought I should be on them and while I have every respect for her, I replied that I would feel happier doing so after a face to face with a GP as I haven’t had an episode of AF (possibly since 2017). At this point I like to think we were cut off as the call was terminated with no explanation after I made this request. So now I don’t know what to do next.

Took me 7 weeks to finally get an appointment after numerous attempts of online links and after the appointment still haven't heard back from yourselves apart from this text, absolute shambles, before your surgery merged you were fantastic, now terrible, no wonder people don’t bother with the doctors get checked, it’s a disgrace.

So nice to actually get a Doctors appointment in person as well as at my local surgery.

Telephone call with pharmacist regarding medication review. My mother who is hard of hearing was able to hear and understand the pharmacist and said it was a pleasant encounter.
The pharmacist initially telephoned my mobile phone when she needed to call my mother's landline - however it didn't occur to me when I booked the appointment that she would call me. No harm done and the appointment was kept.

Service as always was good and is never the problem. Getting the service in the first place when it's practice originated is easy, it's getting that service when you are the one trying to originate it that is the problem.

The walk in service is excellent.

Fasting Blood Test when you have faint veins.

We popped in for vaccinations without an appointment and the receptionist fitted us in without any problems.

The nurse was very pleasant and immediately put me at ease.
