Thank you for your comments. To clarify, the same number of appointments are available whether you call or walk in, the only exception to this is for our immunisations where you can walk-in and wait to have some of these, however, this is dependent on the availability of the duty doctor at the time.

Friendly and put me at ease

This is a review for Crookhorn Surgery

I hate going to the doctors! But my nurse Sue was super friendly and put me at ease. At other surgeries, when I've had to give a blood sample, I've been moaned at for having small veins that are too deep and been bruised after nurses digging around with a needle, but Sue got one first time with no bother! Thank you Sue for not making me feel like I have inadequate veins! I was also pleasantly surprised at the result of my health check!

Very quick and efficient

This is a review for Somerstown Surgery

Short waiting time after arrival for my health check. Was seen by a very nice lady nurse, had my blood pressure taken, my blood was drawn for testing, didn't feel a thing, always a good thing, and was weighed. Very quick and efficient, in and out in 10mins.
