Sorry you feel this way - our appointments are released 1 week ahead for that day. I can assure you that we have plenty of contact centre staff answering the phones, in December 16,321 calls were answered, and there were a total of 25,843 appointments available to book.

I arrived 5 minutes early and thought I would look at my mobile. As I sat down my name was called. The doctor/nurse took me into her room and she was very nice and professional. I arrived home at the time of my appointment.

Supportive and clear

This was a telephone consultation and we covered a lot of ground regarding my treatment plan in several areas. The doctor was supportive and clear about the way forward and followed up with a text confirmation about one area that had needed clarification which was very helpful.

I was seen quite quickly

This is a review for Paulsgrove Surgery

I received a warm welcome at the reception window and directed to enter the waiting room. Although I was early for my appointment I was seen quite quickly. The waiting room was quite chilly. The nurse who tested my blood pressure and who asked me the well being questions was respectful and polite and easy to talk to. I had a very positive experience for my first visit.
