Respiratory Nurse

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

Lovely Respiratory Nurse! Lisa was friendly, polite, listened, offered advice. It was a really good review as not had a face-to-face one since even before Covid! I was glad to finally be able to speak to a human instead of getting a text survey to complete and a response with Asthma plan by text! Even pharmacists were surprised this is how previous years have been conducted, when I spoke to them! I was able to finally talk about the symptoms I have been experiencing and my worries and really felt heard and listened to and Lisa was able to tell me what was expected for me and my asthma.

As always the staff that take blood tests, give injections etc: are excellent. So a 5 star rating. Unfortunately the 5 star rating gives the surgery a “false positive “, because in general the rest of the service offered is dreadful.
