Calm, respectful and professional, had a smear so not the nicest thing, highly embarrassing for an over weight middle aged woman, yet the nurse was professional talking to distract me and it made it a lot easier. Thank you.

Annual health check

This is a review for Crookhorn Surgery

Attended an annual health check.
It was very easy and straightforward to check in on arrival using the screen, which also advised how long I could expect to wait, which was accurate.
The nurse was very helpful and friendly as was the receptionist upon my departure who explained how I can download the NHS app.

We had 2 appointments for (1) flu vaccination & COVID booster + (2) a routine blood test. Both nurses were very efficient & we were pleased that the blood test needle left no bruise in the crook of my arm.
