COPD/Asthma Review

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

I was asked to attend a COPD/Asthma Review so took paperwork with me about the subject. I was seen by a pharmacist who had read my entire recent medical history in preparation for the review and who knew all about my recent tests, medication, and recent cancer history. The review was the most comprehensive I have ever had for COPD/Asthma and I was completely assured that my well-being was the most important item on the agenda. I left the review knowing that we had discussed every facet of my medical condition and felt that I was completely happy with the advice and medication/prescription updates.

Saw me quite quickly

I saw doctor because I had bad pains in my lower back and side. He saw me quite quickly, did a urine test. I am now on antibiotics for a kidney infection.
