Concerning Blood Pressure

This is a review for Paulsgrove Surgery

In receipt of a text message, l attended surgery, to use the booth to check my blood pressure. This disclosed my blood pressure was rather high. Arrangements were made to see a Clinician to check my blood pressure a couple of days later. I attended the surgery at the allocated time and date. Whilst being worried, immediately the Clinician put me at ease. Using a blood pressure reading mechanism. The Clinician established, that my blood pressure was within the permitted limits. Initially this episode was worrying. But by the intervention of this excellent Clinician my concerns were allayed.

A very long wait for a 2 minute appointment!

My 95 year old mother was kept waiting for over 30 mins. When the practitioner finally called her name, we were shown to the stock room where she was given her vaccination, which literally took less than a minute. A very stressful experience for an elderly lady who suffers with anxiety.

No one called

This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

Appointment was due an hour ago and still no one has called. Yet if I miss my call it’s noted down as didn’t attend. I gave a 15min grace time but I can’t wait around any longer. I have things to do. Should be an option for us to note down if we didn’t attend appointment due to it being late on the drs side.
