I went for my RSV vaccination. I was seen on time and the procedure and any possible side effects were fully explained to me.

My recent experience of the NHS confirmed just how chaotic the system has become.
All I needed to do was renew my bi-monthly medication prescription. I was informed by the surgery that I would not be able to do this until there had been a 'review'.
But I could not have a review until a Blood test had been made. That took around 3 weeks to arrange. Then another week passed before I had my 'review' via a telephone call.
By then I was getting very short of my Blood Pressure and Diabetes Meds. An emergency issue was made but another 4 days passed before I could collect that prescription. By then I was getting short of the rest of my Meds. The Chemist would not supply these to me because they did not have the results of my 'review'.
I then visited the surgery and Chemist 9 times before a re-issue of my monthly medications was made. But this was short of two items despite nothing in the list having changed since last year.
Finally.............eleven (11) weeks after I should have been able to obtain my prescription the last of my batch was collected. I now know what a 'near death' experience is.
The system is broken.

The Doctor and Receptionist were extremely helpful.

I visited the surgery for jabs in preparation for a visit to Egypt. The member of staff was very helpful, friendly and efficient. It was a most successful service.

It was a telephone call from Doctor Monnery which was very helpful regards mental health.

Blood test.

I was required to have a steroid injection in my right hand due to a trigger finger. As it is early days to see if it will be one hundred per cent successful, I was treated very well and I remain hopeful it will help my arthritic hand.

For the vaccination programme hardly any grumbles. I received an e mail the day after my jab encouraging me to book a flu and COVID vaccination though. Pity prescriptions and appointments aren’t as easy.

I was left feeling confused. I also felt that I was not listened to, my concerns were not taken seriously.

Very speedy flu and covid jabs.

Had a good experience at the surgery, staff are always nice to talk to and the surgery is clean and tidy.

I called and received an appointment in a timely manner. Then Dr Brookes arranged the bloods and sorted everything quickly.

Having missed the original phone consult by a matter of seconds, I was pleased to to get the follow up call successfully.

Have always found Cosham Park House Surgery to be a positive experience when having to go there for appointments, staff are always polite and helpful, and when having to phone the persons on the phones are always helpful and polite.
