On time, really good advice and felt that I was valued. Nurse was extremely good, gave great advice and could not have been more professional, I was at ease throughout. I left feeling that I was just not a 'number' waiting to be seen; the service was exceptional, I could not be happier. Thank you.

Went to the surgery on Friday for a blood test. I was very nervous and anxious. Susan was lovely and made me feel very comfortable. She spoke to me throughout the procedure and was very gentle.

Mother in law was very nervous and concerned. Upon test being administered, she screamed out in pain 3 times but was given no reassurance or empathy by nurse.
