Dr Bellenie introduced herself to us and took time to listen to my mother.
She looked closely at my mother and took a photo of the rash on her face with my phone - which I was to upload to the surgery as a baseline.
She prescribed a course of treatment and said that she wanted to know how the treatment was progressing after 2 weeks.
My mother was very happy with her visit.
For me, it was nice to know that this will be followed up by the same doctor - that we will not have to explain it all to the next medical practitioner/doctor we see.
Very satisfied.

Treatment was excellent, I prefer using Kingston Crescent Surgery as parking is much easier, Cosham does not have enough parking spaces, even local roads are terrible.
