Unfortunately the receptionists was really unhelpful and rude, as all I wanted was that she pass a message onto a colleague, to help rectify an error on the doctors part. But she refused, so I have to try again next week!?!

Kingston Crescent Surgery

This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

The doctor was straight onto the issue with my elbow and arranged for me to see a Physio the same day. She also arranged for me to have an Xray, there was a slight delay as she forgot to send the request to QA. This however has now been done and I am awaiting the result of the Xray.

Treated me with dignity and compassion

This is a review for Crookhorn Surgery

Your nurse, Erin, was excellent throughout the entire appointment. She listened and treated me with dignity and compassion. She went above and beyond what the appointment was related to, saving both the surgeries (I’m normally with Kingston Crescent) and myself a further visit to get bloods done. If you have a bonus scheme and/or a commendation system, I would like her to receive a huge thank you and a recommendation for her excellent manner.
