Recent appointment

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

On telephone call to triage, was made to feel like a time waster. Was told I had phoned in several times with pain. That it wasn’t an emergency. I agreed it had been ongoing.
Told there was nothing wrong with my kidneys, they were working better than they used to.
Counted back over several blood test…...I had been phoning for days. Trying to get routine appointment. Also went to website, before this call. I was given a routine appointment for next Thursday. I said I would go to A&E if the pain got any worse. He then changed his attitude. I’ve always been treated well by all other staff.

Amazing with my toddler

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

Aimee, as always was just amazing with my toddler. She really listened to what I was saying and was great at involving my toddler in what was happening. I really felt understood and got the best outcome for my little boy. I always feel relieved when I know that we’re being seen by Aimee as she really does care.

Superb

This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

I had a blood test yesterday. I have had many over my 64 years, most of which have not been a good experience, but the phlebotomist (Rebecca C) who took my blood yesterday was superb. I literally did not feel a thing. I highly recommend her. Additionally the appointment time was bang on - no waiting around. 10 out of 10!
