We do have specific phlebotomy clinics where appointments are only for blood tests and the staff are not qualified to carry out additional tasks such as ECGs, however our HCA appointments are longer and can cover blood tests and ECG, I am sorry that you were not appointed correctly and now need to attend fir a further appointment. We will share this with our team and take learning from your experience going forward.
