Didn't wait long to be seen, the nurse practitioner was very thorough, I left feeling a bit better. The only problem was the car parking!!!!

Blood test

Was very unhappy was the most painful blood test I have ever had, the bruises are still there over a week later. I have taken photos of them as proof.

Absolutely excellent service, very friendly receptionist even though they had work going on which disrupted everything they still managed to be polite and helpful, was taken into the room by a lovely lady who made me feel very comfortable even though she had never seen me before, she made me feel like we had known each other so was very chatty.

Paulsgrove Surgery

The doctor listened to my complaints and explained everything that was going to happen in a way that put me at ease. Since my appointment every test or scan is/has gone smoothly and fast, I'm an anxious person but I've felt very much in control of my health, I can't praise Dr Kasomov enough.

Second MMR injection
