The nurse was very friendly

I had a blood test and the nurse was very friendly and put me at ease straight away. It was carried out efficiently and with very little pain.

Appointment

This is a review for Cosham Park House Surgery

Not at all very helpful when need an appointment, it gets cancelled, getting my disabled son his medication when I had to be told that at the moment you can’t get it doctor should have at least told us and just when I got an appointment for my breathing which I no has got worse it gets cancelled by the doctors.

Thank you for your comments. We are truly sorry that you have had issues gaining access. We will only cancel an appointment when we have no other option. With regards to medication where possible we will issue an alternative, if and when we are advised if any stock issues by the relevant pharmacy.

A very relaxing environment

I prefer to come to the Paulsgrove Surgery as it is nearer to my home and I find it a very relaxing environment. It is nice and quiet and not too busy.
