I have not been to see a Doctor in a very long time, but my overall experience of the nurse who took my blood, was very satisfactory. She was very polite and pleasant. A credit to the Surgery.

This was the first time that I actually saw a Doctor and was pleasantly surprised at how much detail he went into, including referring me to the QA Hospital. I have nothing but praise for the service given to me.

Lovely to se that waiting room has had a spruce up. It looks very bright and neat with, plenty of information posters on the boards for all things a patient might be interested in.
I didn't have too long a wait to be seen by a very pleasant person who advised me on my problem.

Log in screen was used. Indicated two people in front. Waited approx 10mins over allotted time. ECG carried out effectively by nurse and then waited further 5 mins for duty doctor to give OK.

An Excellent Experience

My appointment was scheduled for 10.30hrs and at 10.30hrs I was called in to see the nurse for my injections. The nurse was informative and polite and the treatment was completed professionally and swiftly. An excellent experience. Thank You.
