Not good service

This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

Cancelled my appointment as I got into the surgery. The Receptionist was really sweet, she got someone else to do my bloods. And the nurse was really sweet to fit me in. But I think it's a bit rude to cancel right before the appointment as I made my way in.

This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

The practice nurse, was abrupt, unempathetic, treated me with a lack of dignity and respect. Would not listen to what my wife and I had to say about my heart, copd and emphysema. Treated me like I was worthless, job shy and lazy. Not happy with her at all. One week previously in a phone conversation she treated me exactly the same.

As always, the visit was non problematic and I was seen was i was expected to be seen. The Lady taking the blood was as always friendly and polite and I would go as far to say I enjoyed the experience.
