Appointment booked for 3pm. Got there at 2.45pm as I like to be early and was home by 3pm. Fabulous service, in and out. Arm killed for 3 days after though!

Extremely professional

Appointment was exactly on time.
The HCSW was extremely professional.
Good explanation of the procedure...a steroid injection. I was given an opportunity to ask questions and he made me feel at ease.
The procedure has also worked (so far).
