I only had a B12 injection but the nurse that does it is very friendly and I didn’t have to wait too long so all in all, I’m a happy patient.

I do think that my GP should have offered an alternative to Trulicity which has not been available for some time.

Amazing nurse

The reception could be more friendly when booking you in. I do appreciate they can face some very trying times however not all patients are the same, some are really grateful for their assistance. The medical professional was excellent keeping me informed all the time and gave full details on all requirements, a credit to her profession. Overall it was professional and on time.
