Feed back re chest infection

I think medical staff should take into consideration what the patient needs rather than opinion. I went in with a viral chest infection. I was coughing up green stuff and was wheezing terribly. I felt rotten. I asked for a blue inhaler as I have been prescribed that before due to my history of asthma and Emma the nurse said it wasn’t needed. I spent the whole week wheezing and fighting to breathe. I am still poorly and I am just disgusted with the service. I took a 20 minute uber to go to this appointment to receive 0 service. I will be changing now as I think it’s appalling

It was great. Exactly what you would want when going to an appointment i logged in waited a phew minutes got seen very quickly had a great doctor who listened and was professional. The doctor was very clear and explained everything there wasnt any miscommunication and i left knowing what the next steps were going to be so i didnt leave wondering what going to happen next. So it was a very smooth and simple process and i wasnt there for long. So yes in the future i would like to be seen by them again if needed as im certain to get better results at that surgery.
