I was very pleased with my appointment. Got talking to the GP very quickly and had the appointment within half hour as I was glad of since I was feeling very ill. The practice nurse was terrific and very thorough. Helped me all through the consultation. Feeling very much better this afternoon. Thank my practice nurse so much.

GP really listened and wanted to explore why I was having symptoms, not just slapping medication onto me and sending me home. Hopefully it leads to actually helping me. Overall really positive with how I was treated, and it’s huge how inclusive the practice is given I am trans, and they use my actual name and pronouns.

Made appointment for tetanus jab online. Easy. My only complaint is that i need a doctors appointment and the system doesn't allow to book appointment as there is never any. Doesn't matter, whether it’s 10am or 7pm ...nothing available ?

Access is well publicised as being an issue across all of the health care services, quite simply because demand is greater than the resources available. We understand your frustrations and will share your experience with our team and make changes where we can to improve this going forward.

Although, my appointment was around 15 mins late. My appointment made up for it. The person completing my appointment was very thorough and friendly and apologised for the delay. I also received blood test results very promptly.
