Caring and sympathetic

I attended the Surgery for a blood test as a result of finding a lump in my breast which you can imagine is a very worrying time. The Healthcare Lady (sorry I'm not sure of correct title) was so lovely, caring and sympathetic which is really what I needed.

The doctor was absolutely lovely. Was patient, sympathetic and listened carefully to all my concerns. She asked about what I required and suggested a course of action. She put me completely at ease and I’m confident my problems can be sorted.
