This is a review for Kingston Crescent Surgery

I booked my appointment on line, the first time I’ve ever done this but it meant that I could get a same day appointment for my blood test, with Karen who did my blood test before, and who I know is very good. She was kind, helpful and friendly, punctual and efficient. She pointed out that I should have booked a fasting test, but she worked around this and I was very grateful.

Excellent service

Really helpful receptionist who helped me re arrange appointments. Got seen within an hour. Excellent service. The nurse I had was excellent and very kind and chatty. Very unusual these days. She offered excellent service and should be recognised.

The treatment/care I have received when attending an appointment at Cosham Park House Surgery is always very good, but getting that appointment in the first place is awful and frustrating, not to mention the fear of thinking something serious may be going untreated.

The reception staff at Crookhorn surgery were extremely helpful and guided me to the appropriate waiting area for my blood tests to be undertaken.
I didn't have to wait very long and was greeted by a very cheerful,efficient healthcare professional.
The healthcare professional explained the procedure and what tests were being undertaken.She reassured me and proceded to take the blood samples efficiently and professionally and then explained how long it would be to get the results.
I found the experience highly professional and reassuring.
