I went three times and nothing changed. I want to lose weight, but there is no solution for this. They only check if I have lost weight, but why can't I lose weight? I am progressing very slowly. I really wanted to go for this, but I didn't get any results.

It took me nearly 4 weeks to speak to someone to make an appointment, I was even told I couldn't be triaged for my complaint. Once I had the appointment, I went to Paulsgrove Surgery, I hadn't been before. Surgery was lovely, GP was very helpful and listened to all I had to say and I didn't feel rushed. I was very satisfied with diagnosis and treatment.

I recently had an appointment with Dr Marwaha. I've had some negative experiences with GPs in the past, but Dr Marwaha was understanding, clear and concise and his recommendations were considered and took into account my concerns. He was efficient whilst also listening and taking on board any additional information.

Getting an appointment was extremely difficult; the wait times on the phone were too long so I had to keep hanging up, I didn’t know what time the appointments go live on the app (still don’t know where I’d get that information) so I couldn’t see any appointment available, so I visited the site to be told they do not accept appointment requests on site.
It was extremely difficult and frustrating.
I still don’t know how I would request an appointment for a nurse for breast screening with a concern, as the only nurse appointments on the app are for cervical screening.
These kinds of information are difficult to find.
I eventually managed to book via the NHS app (about a week later!) and my appointment happened a week after that.
The appointment itself was fine and I was prescribed medication.

The below information should help you to gain access to appointments: We are an appointment led service, therefore once we reach capacity you will be provided with appropriate signposting, this may include 111, local walk-in centre, pharmacy, or self-referral to community services. Acute/urgent on the day appointments are available from 8.00am on option 1, initially this will a short telephone triage from a clinician, an assessment will be made, and you may need to attend for a face-to-face consultation. For non-urgent, longstanding issues you should call at 10.00am on option 2. We release on-line appointments at 7pm each weekday evening. eConsult is available from 6.30pm each weekday evening, however capacity is reached very quickly, and we receive an average of 300 per week. Please bear in mind this is an additional service which in most instances receives a digital response and should not be used to gain a face-to-face appointment. When using eConsult, please ensure all information is readily available to upload ie description, clear photos.
